The "OASIS"

Spacious 1200 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront Spanish hacienda with tons of patio space located on part of the best North beach in town (500 yards North of Rasta beach). If you are looking for a peaceful home, away from crowds, this is the place. Thanks to annual hurricanes and being on a slight shoreline cove, our beach and water entry has tons of sand for Kiting, Foiling, Winging, Windsurfing, Snorkeling, Fishing. The only thing in your view is the water, palm trees and Cerralvo island. It is truly breathtaking.
This is an architectural gem steps away from the water.
The Oasis has 2 private bedrooms with King size beds. Each bedroom has its own closet + dresser. There is a central bathroom off the hallway plus another bathroom off the primary bedroom. An open concept kitchen/living room joined by a Peninsula bar with stools is at your disposal. It is a true chef's kitchen with every imaginable utensil/cookware plus lots of regularly stocked spices. It has all the amenities (Microwave, coffee machine, Toaster oven, blender) you need to make a fantastic home cooked meal.

If you aren’t into cooking at home there are many local restaurants that offer local delicacies ranging from traditional Mexican dishes to fantastic fresh seafood plates. Please ask us for an extensive list.
The outdoor living spaces include expansive patios, a dining space for 8, patio lounges, & a gas BBQ. There is also a double hammock set in a tropical garden among palm trees, giant bird of paradise & jasmine. Whether you want to hang out under the shady covered verandas to sip your favorite drink or to catch up on your sun tan, The “Oasis” at CasaCorazon is a hidden gem.
We realize that La Ventana is a Kiteboarding Mecca in the windy season but it has many other attractions that have yet to be discovered by many, like mountain biking miles of trails, Spearfishing with qualified and seasoned guides, World class fly fishing and much more.

The "SUNRISE"
If you are looking for an adventurous or a romantic get-away, you have found it. The “Sunrise” is an Executive one bedroom that has it all! Privacy galore with outdoor living spaces and spectacular views. It has two full bathrooms, A spacious Master bath with walk in closet and an additional bathroom off the dining area. A full kitchen will help you get your “Yes Chef” on! A beautifully lit brick cupola adds volume and ambiance to the “Sunrise”.
An open concept living room features a custom built “Monterey style” corner couch that you can just melt into. A dining room with sliding doors that lead to a rear courtyard, totally private and perfect for sunbathing or star gazing.
There is an additional outdoor dining area that seats 6 comfortably underneath a shady veranda with a gas BBQ for night time entertaining.
Your stay comes with daily housekeeping to pamper you even more.....

Enter the gated/paved courtyard which has outdoor “Monterey” style furnishing, catch up on some reading underneath a shady Palo-de-Arco covered area that includes a bbq and foot bath/rinse area or ponder what your next adventure will be. The “Cortez” comes with a super comfy king size bed. It has a full size chef’s kitchen including peninsula seating area for dine-in nights. The private bathroom is roomy and pleasing boasting a unique round turret shower.
Equipped with a flat screen TV and WiFi to keep you entertained.

It has a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a beautiful brick Cupola and peninsula seating area for dine-in nights. The private bathroom is roomy and pleasing boasting a round unique turret shower.

Bring your family and friends and enjoy an entire property rental. Casa Corazon can accommodate up to 12 people. With over 2000 sq ft of total living space as well as ample outdoor living area, and white sandy beaches for miles, it is a vacationers dream. Tiled foot baths are welcoming to wash off your sandy feet from the beach. The property also has an outdoor equipment wash-off area adjacent to the outdoor shower and bathroom.

Paddleboards (Included for your enjoyment) are at the ready for flat cruising days. Head up towards the hot springs or just paddle out towards a multitude of reefs for fish gazing.The property has a few kayaks if you want to go out and try your hand at fishing. There are lockable equipment rooms to store your gear in a secure space.
